Does Tri-State Rental Properties offer HOA services?

Yes.  We offer both accounting and maintenance programs for our HOA clients.  We currently manage HOAs in Westchester, New York, Stamford Connecticut, and all throughout Northern New Jersey.

How much interaction would I have if you manage my property for me?

You will be assigned a property manager who will be your point of contact.  While you will have the entire team available to manage your property, s/he would be your main point of contact.

How many properties does Tri-State Rental Properties currently manage?

We currently have over 780 properties under management.

How long has Tri-State Rental Properties been operating?

Our first location was opened in 2006.

Is Tri-State Rental Properties a franchise operation?

No.  All locations are owned and operated by Tri-State Rental Properties, LLC.  All locations operate under the same service of excellence guarantee.

Does Tri-State Rental Properties offer a landlord insurance policy?

Yes, for an additional $50.00 per unit, per month, our landlord protection policy will cover up to 3 months of past due rent, legal and lock-out fees*.  Please contact one of our associates for additional information.

Does Tri-State Rental Properties offer 24/7 support?

Yes, Tri-State Rental Properties offers 24/7 support in each region where we operate.

My tenant or tenants have not paid rent or violated their lease, can Tri-State Rental Properties assist?

Yes, our legal team will be happy to prepare, initiate and execute the appropriate paperwork in the county where your property is located.  We will also appear on your behalf in court and subsequent removal of the tenant who’s not paid their rent or violated their lease.

What types of services does Tri-State Rental Properties offer?

We offer complete management and maintenance support to all clients.  We also collect all rent and distribute the funds on a rolling basis starting on the 5th day of the month.

What types of properties does Tri-State Rental Properties manage?

What are fees associated with property Management?

Tri-State Rental Properties does not charge setup, initiation, or termination fees.  We charge a flat 8% of the gross rents.
